Here are instructions for tagging your items.

Bar-coded Tags:

Use the Online Signup page on this website to sign up to consign, Write down your consignor number, you will need it for the next step.
Then, log on to www.myjbftags.com
Create an account (or login using your username and password)
Enter & print your tags
Track your sales online
*print your tags on white or very light-colored card stock only;
4 tags will print per page, they will be larger than the old hand written tags

Hand-written Tags:

Sorry, we are unable to accept handwritten tags at the Tulsa Fall 2009 event.

General Instructions:

Don't forget! All toys that are electronic or have pieces will need to have your phone number on masking tape and attached to the item. We have too many items for sale that are not working or are missing parts and we would like the shopper to know they can call you directly if your item is missing a piece.

Please pay careful attention to your consignor number. Be sure not to transpose your numbers. If you are joining us from another sale, you must still sign up on the Tulsa Online Signup page to participate in our event.  Please make sure that you are using the consignor number for the Tulsa sale and not from another local JBF sale.

Check your profile to make sure that you have TULSA selected.  On the myjbftags.com tagging system, please double check your profile to make sure that your profile says TULSA and not Broken Arrow, Muskogee or Owasso.  In order for your inventory to work properly, you must select TULSA in your profile on the tagging site.

We will not accept any items that have crossouts or scribbles on the tags. If you need to change something on a tag after you have it on the item, you must make a brand new tag for that item. We will have a tagging supply table at drop-off near Inspection Central. You should be able to print off last minute tags if you need to.

If you wish to Donate your items at the end of the event, select "Donate" on your profile in the tagging system.  MyJBFTags.com The word "donate" will appear on your tag and that item will be donated if it does not sell.  As the tagging system states, you can pick and choose, by indicating it on the specific tag, which items to donate and which ones to pick up.  We encourage donating your unsold items. It blesses so many people.

Red star on the tag indicates that you DO NOT want the item discounted. Red star tells the customer that the item is full price.
NO CROSSOUTS, WHITE OUTS OR TAPE OUTS OF ANY KIND ON TAGS

If you change any information on your tag is must be done by printing off a new tag!

Clothes must be hung on appropriately sized hangers with the hook pointing to the left and the tag on the right shoulder if you are facing it (Make a question mark with the hanger.)

Only Fall and Winter children's and maternity clothing will be accepted for this sale. Please inspect your items carefully at home-we will also inspect them at drop off. Clothes that are soiled, stained or with holes, will not be accepted. Just Between Friends reserves the right to deny any unacceptable items. We accept Girls sizes preemie thru size 16. Sorry, we are no longer accepting Teens/Juniors clothing. Boys sizes preemie thru size 20. Sorry, we are no longer accepting men's sizes s,m,l,xl.
No Adult clothing accepted except maternity.

PRICING you set the price! Price to sell keeping in mind the quality, name brand and condition of your items. JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS suggests starting at 1/3 of the original price. We also suggest that you let your clothing items be included in the 25% off and half price sales. Mark the starting price up if it is something that you are sentimental about, but of course, it is your decision if it is half price or not. Price your items in $1.00 or .50 cent increments. No .99 cents or other increments, please.

$3.00 Rule if your single, hanging clothing item can't bring $3.00 on it's own, please pair it with something that will bring it to this amount. This only applies to clothing, not toys/equipment. JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS will be conducting strict inspection of your items. Unacceptable items will be returned to you or we can donate it for you.

Use only one inch or larger safety pins to attach tag. No straight pins.
Attach safety side to side, vertically on the card.
Pin clothing sets securely together with pants hung on the backside of the shirt and pinned at the waist on the hanger. Both pieces can be viewed without unpinning them. Pants hung on a separate hanger tend to come off the hanger and then get separated from the top.

New security feature: If you want to secure your tag on the clothing item to help prevent thieves from switching tags, simply place the pin vertically on the card, then put a clear piece of tape over the pin.

Spending a little extra time getting your items ready will mean more money $$$ for you. Items that are cleaned, ironed, and starched, with all pieces attached, and loose threads clipped, sell much better!!
