It's sale time again…check your day planners, get a sitter, clear your schedules… WE NEED YOU! The sale is quickly approaching and we are thrilled that you may be interested in volunteering! Just think about what a wonderful time you will have getting to know other bargain shoppers while helping to bring this wonderful event to the families in our area!

Remember, you are shopping before the general public and you will be getting first pick from the best of the best! Volunteers also earn 70% of on their sold items. There are several ways to help. We want volunteering for Just Between Friends to be a fun experience and something that is a privilege.

You may choose to volunteer for a 12, 7 or 5-hour shift

Fall Presale Extravaganza day, Saturday, August 22nd

12hr volunteer/barter presale at 9am
7hr volunteer presale at 11am
5hr volunteer/Media/EIS presale at 12Noon
Consignor ONLY presale at 1pm
Consignor Friend presale at 3pm
Consignor with children presale at 6pm
First time moms presale at 7pm

Requirements for the various presale pass options on the automated scheduler:

12 Hour Volunteer Requirements
(2) Five hour shifts
(1) Two hours breakdown on Saturday Aug 30th after 7pm or Sun. Aug 31st, 9a-9p.

7 hour Volunteer Requirements
(1) Five hour shift
(1) Two hours breakdown on Saturday Aug 30th after 7pm or Sun. Aug 31st, 9a-9p.

5 Hour Volunteer Requirements
(1) Five hour shift

Husband Barter Requirements for 12Hr Presale pass
(1) Five hour Husband General Set Up shift
(1) Four hour Husband Break Down shift

No Breakdown Barter Presale Pass
(3) Five hour shifts anytime (for anyone that can not do a breakdown shift this is a great option to still be able to shop at the earliest time on 8/22)

Breakdown 1 Barter Requirements for 7Hr Presale Pass
(1) Five hour breakdown shift on Sat, Aug 30th 7p-midnight

Breakdown 2 Barter Requirements for 12Hr Presale Pass
(1) Eight hour breakdown shift on Sunday, Aug 31st, 9am-9pm

Presale Pass Information:
To shop the volunteers presale, remember at drop off, you will need to see a volunteer at the Volunteer Information Table to pick up your volunteer presale pass. We will have the passes available during consignor drop off times. Only one person per pass - no husbands, mothers, children, pregnant friends, etc. will be permitted to attend the volunteer presale without a pass.

Consignor's will receive one pass to get a friend into the presale later on Saturday, Aug 22nd at 3:00pm. If you need to come back to shop with your children, you may do so at 6:00 pm on Saturday, Aug 22nd. First Time Moms and their guests will enter at 7:00pm.

Bring any food or drink you might need during your shift, and wear comfortable, casual clothing and shoes. Do not leave your valuables in your car, lock them in your trunk or bring them in with you. Strollers/Wagons are not permitted on the presale day.
