Volunteer or barter your services and you can shop first at our Volunteer Presale. YEAH!!!! You get to shop before consignors and the public and get first pick from the best of the best! Choose 4  or 8 hours to volunteer or barter your service.

4 Hour Volunteers - Shop FIRST at the presale on Wed. at 5:00 pm.
Requirements: Volunteer 4 hours or Barter a service that qualifies.
You can even volunteer your husbands, especially for Set-up & Breakdown!!!

 How to Sign up to Volunteer or Barter your services.

Click one of the links below. It will take you to online sign up.

Complete the online signup form. Make sure you check the volunteer box. Also check the Consignor box if you will be consigning and click submit.

After you click submit the confirmation webpage that appears will have a link for you to use to select the shift that you want to work.

Select the shifts you want and ad it to your schedule. You can have your schedule emailed to you and it will tell you which pass you qualifiy for.

Bartering

In an effort to cut expenses, we are offering a way for volunteers to do or give something in return for shopping early. Here are some ideas we had, if you have another idea to earn a presale pass and help us save money please let us know. All of these opportunities are listed on the volunteer signup page through online signup.  Please ignore the date in the online signup, but read the notes for details on exactly what to do.

• Arrange a Meet and Greet:   Setting up a meeting with your MOP's group, women's ministry group, bible study group, book club, lamaze class, or any group of women that would love to hear about the wonderful benefits of JBF select
• Provide Meals or Snacks
• Provide Supplies
• Call Individuals on Mailing list
• Provide a small refrigerator or microwave during sale -deliver on Tuesday & pickup Saturday - select
• Pass out Flyers
• Deliver Teacher Gift Baskets
• Post JBF Sale signs and posters
• Media Coverage: If you know someone in radio, TV, newspaper, magazines, etc....and can get us coverage, you will earn TWO shop-early spots. (Articles in the paper, Morning show, live interview at presale)

If you need to cancel your volunteer time for any reason, please try to find someone to take your place (they can shop the pre-sale in your place also). Call us immediately if you can't find a replacement so we can fill your spot.
