  Even if you have consigned with us before, we need for you to register as a consignor each sale.

I do not think I'm on the JBF Fort Worth mailing list and one of these describes me:

• I want to receive mailers about your sales
• I received a mailer like the one shown on the right and want to be on your permanent mailing list.
  
• I want to be a consignor
• I want to be a volunteer
• I want to sign up as a First Time Parent.  ("First Time Parents" are expecting their first child or their first child is under 12 months of age.) 

I'm not really sure what I need to do and one of these describes me:

• I just need some help!
• I consign with another area JBF sale and want to get a common consignor # for both sales.
